ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who understands both traditional digital marketing and the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email marketing, generative AI tools, AI automation workflows, social media growth strategies, and performance-oriented marketing execution.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, analytical thinking, automation mindset, and strong execution capabilities to help scale digital growth initiatives globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, AI-driven channels, and organic growth initiatives
  • Build scalable marketing workflows using modern AI and automation tools
  • Improve audience engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance through data-driven optimization
  • Collaborate with leadership, design, content, and development teams to support business growth initiatives
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, marketing automation, and digital growth strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS

1) Email Marketing and Lead Generation: Hands-on experience running end-to-end email marketing and Lead Gen campaigns.

Required Expertise: 

  • Strong understanding of modern email marketing infrastructure, campaign execution, and deliverability optimization.
  • Required Expertise:
  • Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Understanding of email deliverability concepts including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, inbox placement, and spam avoidance
  • Experience warming up domains and email accounts for outbound campaigns
  • Ability to create segmented email campaigns, drip sequences, newsletters, and automated nurture flows
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, open rates, click-through optimization, personalization, and campaign analytics

2) AI-Based Marketing & Automation: Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and automation systems to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Required Expertise:

  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
  • Understanding of AI-driven lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement workflows
  • Experience integrating APIs, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and automation pipelines
  • Ability to use AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, audience targeting, and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted content generation, outreach automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration

3) Generative AI Skills: Ability to leverage Generative AI tools effectively across marketing, content, and business operations.

Required Expertise:

  • Experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Perplexity, or similar AI tools
  • Ability to create high-quality prompts for marketing content, research, campaign ideation, and workflow enhancement
  • Experience generating AI-assisted content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives
  • Understanding of AI content optimization while maintaining human-quality brand tone and messaging
  • Familiarity with emerging AI trends, LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications

4) Social Media Marketing: Strong understanding of social media growth, engagement strategies, and brand positioning.

Required Expertise:

  • Experience managing business accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok
  • Ability to create and manage social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of organic audience growth, engagement optimization, and platform algorithms
  • Experience creating AI-assisted social media content, short-form video concepts, and visual campaigns
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring engagement, reach, conversions, and campaign performance

5) Nice to Have: Paid Media & Media Buying

Additional experience in paid advertising and media buying is highly preferred.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, and other marketing performance metrics
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion funnel strategies
  • Experience managing media budgets and scaling high-performing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with multi-national and global team
  • Strong understanding of modern AI-driven marketing trends
  • Portfolio or examples of campaigns/workflows executed is a plus
